Awesome way to review and study

The content in this app is great for newbies or seasoned divers. All the custom settings for each quiz are really neat too. Being able to choose which agency you are certified with is awesome. I think one of the coolest things is the explanations to each question and a large theory section for even more knowledge. Awesome app!

App crashes a lot and has a lot of bugs.

The questions seem good, at least as far as I've been able to proceed. I get quite a bit of freezing or crashing with this app (the paid version) on iPhone.

User friendly!

I have a friend who is interested in learning to dive. She was stressing out over the dive tables. This app allows her to take dive table tests and confirm to her that she does understand it. It has been a nice review for me too and I have been a divemaster for 25 years.

New version is great. • Some first-class improvements, including materials and quizes for different certifying outfits, like NAUI. • Added bonus: dive-table problems/solutions. • Great way to review the fundamentals, and stay sharp.

It was a great format to test knowledge and correct deficiencies before the final exam. Plus, I expect it will be helpful as a refresher before the next excursion / vacation. To that end, it would be great if future versions of the app had an option to send periodic alerts asking a random question just to keep me on my toes.

This app keeps crushing when you use it. Needs update to fix trouble. Please fix this app.

I love it.

Very useful. As noted in other reviews, not everything is exactly as I learned it from PADI, but then not everyone gets trained by PADI, and it's good to be aware of that when diving away from home base. I enjoy using the app.

Great app... Only problem is there is no way to take the dive table quiz because there is no dive tables.

I really love this app. It helps you prepare for your scuba diving certification and it also serves as a refresher of the scuba diving theories and regulations. It has a theory quiz and dive table quiz which help you test your knowledge on Scuba Diving. I personally love it and recommend it to everyone that takes diving seriously.

Nice App. Correlates with PADI material nicely. Hand signals a little difficult to interrupt pictures

This is a great app! Easy to use, great photos and excellent format and explanations.

...they need to have a tab that lists the entire battery of test questions for study. After taking the exams for days, new questions keep popping up.

Great app. Even if you are a certified diver this is a great app for continuing education and keeping your knowledge set fresh. Highly recommend.

Great app. Used this alongside the online PADI open water certification learning. Very consistent with PADI and will be a great refresher.

Very good app. I recommend it to anyone that is planning to take the PADI open water exam or who wants a refresher. But please update for the iPhone 5 screen.

The app was great help preparing for the Open Water cert. The quiz questions are in line with the test almost exactly.

This app is great for anyone interested in learning about scuba, wants to try their hand at example exams. Some of the questions are very close (not the same as the real exam I just took from PADI), but make sure you understand the same principals. It also gives you explanations on why you got it wrong. Love this app, well worth the few $$'s. Thank you to the developers who wrote this app! Robert

I'm about to start open water training and find this app a great companion to the book and video I'm reviewing for the class. I've taken the mini quizzes a dozen times or so and always review the incorrect answers. After a few days I started taking the 50 question quizzes and do very well on them. I'm thinking this kind of preparation should make the class easier and more enjoyable.

This is a very refreshing scuba diving app, I love it.

Love the app. I'm a dive master and it's Gretchen for touch up stuff. The hand gestures are a little hard to understand and contradict some that I know. Such as low on air. Also more variety. Put some rescue diver stuff in there. More medical questions. But I really like it. I want more!

Only mistake I find is in the wording of the percent questions 66 ft depth is 300% of surface pressure not 300% higher then surface pressure( 300%higher=400%)

I used this to help prepare for my padi open water course exam and aced it. Great app. Really does prepare you. The best feature in my opinion is that it tells you "why" each answer is wrong or right and the rationale behind it. Thanks.

Not all information is correct according to PADI. Be aware if planing on getting PADI Certified.

Good tool to help with the actual exam. Some questions need to be updated to bring them in line with current diving recommendations.

I would like more diversity in the questions.

This APP is great for certified divers and those studying to become certified. Great for reviewing.

I've still found a couple of answers incorrect based on the lastest PADI manual. Overall a great supplement to actual study.

This a great study aid - get yourself some dive tables to go along with the app (google 'em) and you'll be well prepared for the classroom part of training. You'll still be required to buy the appropiate class materials, but there's a great deal of information here that makes for great studying on the go. Well worth the money!

It's a cool app. I like how it reviews information for you after each quiz. The app does exactly what is stated in the description. The reason I gave it 2 stars is because it crashes pretty consistently when I open 10 question Scuba Quizzes, and it occasionally marks me for answers that I didn't choose, and I saw during the test that the proper answer was highlighted. I would gladly give this app a 5 star review if those 2 bugs were fixed in an update.

I have been diving since I was 16 years old and continue to enjoy the science, sport, the creatures ... recording such on video and with photos as a 54 year old retiree. My husband and I are both Master Divers who, needless to say ... have much dive experience. However, we found this tool very sobering as we tested our memories and retained training. This tool is a truly useful refresher for anyone who continues to learn to be a better Diver ... A good diver is always learning.

Easy way to save time once you get to the dive course. Study this and you will fly through the class portion.

Over all its a great app but every time I go through a quiz it mixes up my answers and says I got something wrong when I didn't
